The Breckenridge Peaks Masterplan is a comprehensive multi-use resort development at base of the Peak 7 & 8 base areas at Breckenridge Ski Resort in Colorado. For the marketing and sales launch, I developed an entire branding campaign to generate consumer and real estate broker awareness. My objectives were to create an eye-catching campaign that positioned the development as "beachfront living". |
